Saiban Development Foundation operates through a well-defined organizational structure that ensures transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making at every level. Our structure is designed to promote teamwork, efficiency, and the smooth implementation of all development programs.

At the top, our Board of Directors provides strategic guidance, governance, and oversight for the foundation’s vision and mission. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads the organization, ensuring that our goals are aligned with the needs of the communities we serve.

The foundation is supported by specialized departments that manage different areas of focus:

  • Program Development & Implementation Department – Plans, designs, and executes community-based projects.

  • Finance & Administration Department – Manages budgets, donations, and operational activities with full transparency.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation Unit – Tracks progress and measures the impact of programs to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Human Resource & Training Department – Recruits and trains dedicated staff and volunteers for field operations.

  • Communication & Outreach Department – Handles media, awareness campaigns, and partnerships with stakeholders.
